A tour should be more than just booking a flight, hotel and transfers. It is about a carefully planned journey of discovery, an opportunity for encounters with friendly local people with distinct cultures, a time to escape from the rigmarole of everyday life and a wonderful time to relax, sit back and enjoy the whole experience. When we design a tour for you we do so keeping all these things in mind and ensure that from the time that you arrive in Kerala through to your departure, our team will be on hand to make sure that your holiday needs are met.

We believe that no other operator can offer you the holiday protection, knowledge and expertise, 24 hour support, customer service and attention to detail in the planning and execution of your tour – at a price that only we can provide.

Terms:

1. Guarantee applies only for ‘tour’ itinerary quotes that you receive from the Kerala Travel Center. A tour refers to the identical holiday package provided in a single booking (i.e. including group or family) by the Tour Operator. The tour must use identical flights (if your tour includes a flight) and staying at the same accommodation on the same board basis. It does not include additional ancillary benefits, such as insurance, car hire, or parking etc.
2. The guarantee offer excludes ‘accommodation only’ and ‘flight only’ bookings.
3. The competing quote has to be from a tour operator/ travel agent who is ATOL protected and based in the United Kingdom.
4. The offer is subject to the verification of the other tour operator/ agent’s quote. The customer will need to fax/ scan a written quote on the tour operator/travel agents letter head to avail the offer. Kerala Travel Center reserves the right to verify the quote with the other tour operator.
5. The guarantee is subject to the availability of accommodations on the identical tour itinerary offered by the other tour operator/ travel agent.
6. Customers will need to provide the following information when availing the guarantee;
   a. Name of the other tour operator/ travel agent.
   b. Details of the tour operator/ travel agent including contact numbers.
   c. Specific Holiday details e.g Holiday reference number.
   d. Any conditions the other tour operators quote is subject to.
7. This guarantee cannot be availed in conjunction with any other offer.
